These are the terms for using this website. The terms for actual work are in the scope of work and agreement you sign before anything starts — those govern the engagement, and nothing here overrides them.
This site is information, not an offer
Everything on this site, including pricing, is indicative and does not constitute a binding offer. A binding price exists only in a written scope of work signed by both of us.
Pricing shown here is not final
Figures on the pricing page are clearly marked as indicative while we finalise our pricing. Your actual price is fixed in writing after a discovery call, and it does not change afterwards for the agreed scope.
What we do not advise on
We are a marketing and systems agency. We are not lawyers, accountants, licensed real estate professionals or compliance officers. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or real estate advice. You remain responsible for compliance with your brokerage’s rules, your board’s rules and your local real estate advertising regulations — we build to the requirements you give us.
Third-party names
Product names such as Lofty, Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, LionDesk, Sierra Interactive, HubSpot, BoomTown and Real Geeks are trademarks of their owners. We work inside them on our clients’ behalf. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a reseller for any of them, and we take no commission from any vendor.
Ownership of your work
Work we deliver for you is yours: the site and its source, the domain, your CRM records, your ad and social accounts. We build inside your accounts wherever possible so there is nothing to transfer if we stop working together.
Our content
The text, design and code of this website belong to us. You are welcome to quote or link to it; please do not republish it wholesale as your own.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for it. Nothing on this website creates a contract on its own.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is when they last changed. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be raised with you directly rather than posted quietly.
