This page explains what PluzPal collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read rather than to be technically unassailable.
What we collect
Only what you send us. If you fill in the contact form that is your name, email, and whichever of phone, brokerage, location, current CRM, budget and message you chose to give. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp gives us your number and profile name. We also collect anonymous, aggregate traffic statistics — page views and referrers — with no cookies and no cross-site tracking.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry and to prepare for a discovery call. That is the only reason. We do not build advertising profiles from it.
Contact permission
We only contact you by phone or WhatsApp if you explicitly ticked the box giving us permission, because US TCPA and Canadian CASL both require prior express consent for commercial calls and messages. You can withdraw that permission at any time by replying STOP or emailing us, and we will action it immediately.
What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask to join.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers we need to run the business — our email provider, our form handler, and our analytics provider — and only to the extent that they process it on our behalf. If you become a client, we work inside your own accounts, so your client data stays with you rather than moving to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted after twelve months. Client records are kept for as long as we work together, plus the period our accountants and tax authorities require.
Your rights
Email us and we will tell you exactly what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it. We do not require a form or a reason, and we will action it within thirty days.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics is enabled it runs cookie-free. Because we set no non-essential cookies, there is no consent banner to dismiss.
