Discovery call
Twenty minutes. We ask what you use now, where leads come from, and what your brokerage requires. You get the agenda in advance.
You getA written scope and a fixed price.
You are at a showing. A lead fills in your form. By the time you see it, they have called three other agents. PluzPal builds the website, the follow-up and the CRM that answer for you.
Portal and form leads arrive at night and on weekends. The first agent to reply usually gets the conversation.
No listing page of your own means no traffic you own, no retargeting, and nothing to send that looks like you.
Duplicate records, dead tags and a pipeline nobody trusts. So you work from memory and the phone.
Three reels in a week, then nothing for a month. The algorithm reads that as inactive and so do your past clients.
Firms that respond to an online enquiry within an hour are far more likely to have a meaningful conversation than firms that wait even one hour longer.
Harvard Business Review (2011), “The Short Life of Online Sales Leads.” Their research, not our number.
Before the sign goes up, the moment someone calls it, while it is on market, and after it comes down. That is why these four belong together.
Before the sign goes up.
Reels, just-listed posts and market updates that ship on a calendar instead of when you remember.
Where they land when they call it.
A site that loads fast, shows your listings, and turns a browser into a phone number.
The first minutes after they enquire.
An assistant that replies the second a lead lands, asks the qualifying questions, and books the showing.
After the sign comes down, for years.
We work inside Lofty, Follow Up Boss, kvCORE and the rest — cleaning the database, building the pipeline and running the reporting.
No retainer before we have shown you anything. No lock-in after. The order matters, so it is numbered.
Twenty minutes. We ask what you use now, where leads come from, and what your brokerage requires. You get the agenda in advance.
You getA written scope and a fixed price.
We build the site, connect the feed, write the follow-up, and clean and rebuild the CRM. You approve before anything goes live.
You getA working system on your own domain and accounts.
A screen-shared walkthrough, recorded so you can rewatch it. We hand over every login. Nothing is held in our accounts.
You getRecordings, logins and a one-page cheat sheet.
Monthly reporting on what came in and what converted, plus changes as your listings and market change. Cancel any month.
You getA monthly report you can read in five minutes.
Same system, different first move. Nobody here is the small one.
Usually starts with follow-up, because that is the leak that costs the most.
One site, one CRM seat, one automation that answers every enquiry.
Usually starts with the CRM, because routing between agents is the thing that breaks.
Shared pipeline, lead routing rules, per-agent reporting.
Usually starts with the website, because the agent roster and compliance drive everything else.
Agent pages, brokerage-compliant disclosures, onboarding for new agents.
PluzPal opened in 2026. The first three clients to finish a build get named on these plates, in their own words. We would rather show you an empty slot than someone else’s testimonial with the name changed.
Most engagements are a one-off build fee plus a monthly amount for the parts that keep running — follow-up, social and reporting. You get a fixed number in writing after the discovery call, before any work starts. Indicative ranges are on the pricing page in both USD and CAD.
A typical website and follow-up build is two to four weeks from the day we have your content and brokerage requirements. CRM migrations depend on how much data needs cleaning; we tell you the honest number once we have seen it, not before.
Yes. The domain, the site, the source, the CRM records and the ad accounts are all in your name. We build in your accounts wherever possible. If you leave, you keep everything and we export anything that needs exporting.
That is one of the first questions on the discovery call. We follow your brokerage’s branding, disclosure and advertising requirements, and we ask for them in writing before anything goes live. If your broker needs to approve the site, we build that review into the timeline.
We work inside the CRM you already have. Lofty (formerly Chime), Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, LionDesk, Sierra Interactive and HubSpot are the ones we handle most, and we can usually work with anything that has an API or a clean export. We do not build you a CRM and we do not resell one — if yours is genuinely a dead end we will say so and tell you what we would move you to and why.
You get a recorded walkthrough, every login, and a one-page cheat sheet. Then monthly reporting on what came in and what converted, plus changes as your listings change. Support is month to month — there is no annual contract to get out of.
No deck, no pitch. We ask what you use, show you a build that already works, and tell you what we would change first. If the answer is that you do not need us yet, we will say that.
