Discovery & scope
What the site needs to do, for whom, and what exists already that is worth keeping.
You getA written scope and a fixed price.
Websites, landing pages, web apps and the integrations that connect them — designed with the rest of your brand in mind, and built on a foundation you can actually grow on.
Every month it stays the same, the gap between what the business has become and what the website says about it gets wider. And a site nobody can safely update quietly turns into a site nobody touches.
Designed and built around what the business actually needs — not a generic template with a new logo on it.
A site built to represent the business and convert a visit into an enquiry.
Where the site needs to do more than inform.
Making the systems you already use talk to each other.
Keeping it fast, secure and actually up to date.
Typically two to six weeks depending on scope, with you approving at every stage.
What the site needs to do, for whom, and what exists already that is worth keeping.
You getA written scope and a fixed price.
Structure and visual direction, reviewed with you before a line of code is written.
You getAn approved design.
Built in stages, with working previews along the way rather than a single reveal at the end.
You getA staging site you can click through.
Goes live on your domain and hosting, with documentation and a walkthrough.
You getA live site, fully in your accounts.
Chosen for the project, not for our convenience — and always something your next developer can pick up.
Honest about what this does and does not do.
Not as it was when it launched.
Or we keep maintaining it for you — either way, it is not a black box.
Every page has a reason to exist and a next step for the visitor.
We only advertise capabilities we can genuinely deliver, and we will say so if something is outside scope.
Often, yes — we start by seeing what is worth keeping. A full rebuild only happens when the existing foundation genuinely cannot support what the business needs next.
You do. The domain, the hosting account and the source code are all in your name. If we stop working together, there is nothing to hand back because nothing was ever ours.
Usually, yes — most CRMs, booking tools and payment providers have an API or a documented integration path. We will tell you honestly if something genuinely cannot be connected.
Maintenance, updates and support are available month to month. A build with no ongoing plan is also fine — you own it either way.
We look at what you have now, tell you what we would change first, and give you a fixed price in writing. If you do not need this yet, we will say so.
